Relprev – Relatório de Prevenção

O RELPREV é uma ferramenta de reporte voluntário de prevenção de voo, preenchido por qualquer pessoa que possa identificar uma situação de potencial de risco à atividade aérea ou que dela tiver conhecimento.

RELPREV is a voluntary flight prevention reporting tool, completed by anyone who can identify a situation of potential risk to air activity or who is aware of it.

De acordo com as regulamentações brasileiras, este relato (ou parte dele) somente será usado para a
prevenção de acidentes aeronáuticos, a fim de aumentar a segurança operacional. Este relato não precisa ser
identificado. Caso o relator se identifique, o mesmo será informado sobre as medidas adotadas.

In accordance with Brazilian regulations, this report (or any part of it) shall only be used for preventing
aeronautical accidents and has the sole purpose of enhancing safety. This report does not need to be identified.
Should the reporter, however, chose to identify him/herself, he/she will be informed on the measures adopted
